“It is tremendously important to be a leader in your community and build a legacy that will live beyond our years.”- @CedintheCity

 Cedric Hutchison II,

Co-Founder of the Roaming Republic passed away on May 12, 2019.

Ced's life was a true example of what it means to live your life to the fullest and without regret. There is hardly a corner of the world untouched by his magnetic presence.

We are grateful for the impact he has had on the travel community. We want to ensure that everyone who roams with us knows that without Cedric, The Roaming Republic, a space where those with wanderlust on their hearts can find a community of like-hearted people, would not be here.

He lived for bringing people together from all over the world and it is with that spirit that we carry on the Roaming Republic. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, loved ones and his Roaming Republic family. We will never be the same without him but we choose to carry on his legacy, just how he would have wanted it. Living boldly, without regret and roaming the world as we create memories and build bonds that will last for generations - just as Ced's spirit will.

Thank you Ced for your impact. You have changed the world for so many people.

May we choose to live big just as you did.
